1. Commitment to Privacy

At Telestars, we understand that for creators and agencies, privacy and content security are top priorities. Our Service is built with privacy-first principles to ensure your data and content remain protected.

2. Data We Collect and Why

We only collect data necessary to provide the technical service:

• Account information (Email, user ID).
• Telegram Bot tokens (stored using industry-standard encryption).
• Basic analytics to improve system performance.
• Media assets uploaded by you for delivery via your bots.

We process account and service data to provide Telestars, secure accounts, process payments, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve reliability. Where applicable, the legal bases include performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent for optional marketing measurement.

3. Content Security

Your media assets are stored in secure, private storage buckets (Cloudflare R2). Access is restricted to our authorized delivery workers. We do not index your content, and it is never made available for public browsing on our website.

4. No Data Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or content to third parties.

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your interactions with your Telegram fans through our platform.

5. Optional Cookies and Marketing Measurement

With your consent, Telestars uses the Meta Pixel supplied by Meta Platforms to measure visits and high-level SaaS conversion events such as page views, completed registration, Telegram bot connection, and subscription purchase. This helps us understand whether advertising leads to successful product activation.

We do not intentionally send Telegram messages, fan conversations, usernames, uploaded media, paid content, banking details, passwords, bot tokens, or your email address through these marketing events. Meta may receive limited advertising parameters, a pseudonymous account identifier, and standard technical information from your browser or our server, including cookie identifiers, IP address, browser information, the page URL, and event time, and may process it under its own privacy terms. Browser and server copies of the same registration use one event identifier so Meta can count them only once.

The optional marketing script is not loaded until you select Accept. You can refuse it or withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the site footer. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from using Telestars.

6. Service Providers and Payments

We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, communications, and security. They may process limited data on our behalf or as independent controllers where their service requires it. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored directly by Telestars.

7. Data Hosting, Transfers, and Retention

Our infrastructure is hosted on secure servers located in the European Union (Ireland). This ensures compliance with some of the world's strictest data protection standards (GDPR).

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards. We retain account and service data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Retention periods vary by data category and the status of your account.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing of, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Upon account deletion, bot tokens and personal configurations are removed from active systems, subject to limited legal, security, backup, or financial-record retention requirements.
