We provide technical infrastructure to manage conversations, automate responses, and handle paid media via Telegram Stars. Telestars is a technical service provider and does not own or control the content sent through the Service.

3. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content (images, videos, text) uploaded to or transmitted through Telestars.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

4. Compliance and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and the content you distribute complies with all applicable laws and Telegram's Terms of Service. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to distribute any media you upload.

5. Payment and Subscription

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Telestars is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and security, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
