AI Setup
AI setup is not just prompt text. Telestars uses creator data, persona fields, the Telegram business connection, script readiness, and wallet state to decide whether AI can actually go live.

What AI setup actually includes
There are two different jobs here: making the AI sound correct, and making the AI eligible to run.
| Part of setup | What it controls | Can it block activation? |
|---|---|---|
| Creator profile | Facts, identity, grounding, and readiness | Yes |
| Persona fields | Voice, style, and positioning | Indirectly |
| Business connection | Reply path through Telegram Business | Yes |
| Scripts | Whether AI has a usable selling path | Yes |
| Wallet | Whether AI can be activated | Yes |
Creator profile vs persona
- The creator profile is factual. It is the structured identity the AI is grounded on.
- The persona is behavioral. It changes how the AI talks, frames itself, and writes.
- If the creator profile is too weak or incomplete, persona polish does not solve the readiness problem.
- If the persona is vague, the AI can still be technically enabled but sound generic or inconsistent.
AI will not enable if one of these is missing
- The bot does not have a valid business connection.
- The creator profile is not complete enough.
- There is no active usable script with a paid-media path.
- The wallet is not funded or the minimum balance gate is not satisfied.
Important
Changing persona text will not fix a missing business connection, missing script, or wallet blocker. Diagnose the actual blocker instead of rewriting the prompt blindly.
How to configure the creator correctly
- Open the AI setup or bot configuration page for the target bot.
- Confirm the correct creator is linked to that bot.
- Complete the creator profile with real, operationally useful information.
- Write persona fields that match the creator instead of generic seductive copy.
- Set the tone and style so the AI output matches the intended creator voice.
- Save the configuration and re-check the AI status.
How to validate AI is ready
- Check that the creator profile no longer shows a readiness blocker.
- Check that the bot still has a valid business connection.
- Check that at least one active usable script exists.
- Check that the wallet blocker is cleared.
- Only then enable AI and run a live conversation test.
Why AI sounds generic or wrong
- The creator profile contains too little real information.
- The persona is full of generic marketing phrases instead of actual creator identity.
- The persona conflicts with the creator profile.
- The bot linked to the creator is not the bot you meant to configure.
If AI is still blocked
- Re-check business connection status first.
- Re-check creator profile completeness second.
- Re-check script readiness third.
- Re-check wallet balance fourth.
- Only after these checks should you return to persona editing.
Next
Once the AI layer is configured and all blockers are understood, the next job is to make sure the AI has scripts it can actually use in production.
